As such, there are no physical goods shipped or delivered. The following outlines our policies regarding the delivery of digital services:

Service Delivery

  • Upon successful agreement and confirmation of the project scope, the Company will initiate the service as per the timelines outlined in the order or contract.
  • Deliverables such as software, web applications, or mobile applications will be delivered in a digital format via secure electronic channels, such as email, file-sharing platforms, or cloud-based systems.
  • Access to our services may require a stable internet connection, secure credentials, and compatibility with necessary systems, which the Client is responsible for maintaining.

Delivery Timelines

  • Timelines for the delivery of digital products and services will vary based on the complexity of the project and agreed milestones. Any delays due to factors beyond the control of the Company, such as client-side approval delays or technical failures, will be communicated to the Client in advance.
  • Changes in project scope or additional requirements may result in an extension of delivery timelines. This will be discussed with the Client and reflected in updated project schedules.

Acceptance of Deliverables

The Client is responsible for reviewing and accepting the deliverables within a specified timeframe after delivery. Any feedback or required revisions should be communicated within this period, typically within 7 days of receiving the deliverable.

Non-Delivery Due to Client’s Actions

The Company is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by issues under the Client’s control, including but not limited to failure to provide necessary documentation, approval delays, server access, or lack of necessary technical infrastructure.
