At BS Teknology Private Limited, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services provided, we are open to resolving the issue, including refunding payments, provided there are genuine reasons backed by investigation.
Clients wishing to cancel ongoing services must submit a cancellation request via the Contact Us link on our website or directly through support@bsteknology.com
Cancellations must be requested at least 21 business days prior to the end of the current service period. Requests received later will be treated as cancellations for the next service period.
For projects with specific milestones or timelines, cancellations requested after substantial work has commenced may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the level of completion of the project. The Company reserves the right to assess the progress and determine the cancellation fee accordingly.
We take every effort to provide suitable designs, development, and services for our clients. If you are dissatisfied with the service and have a genuine reason, we may offer a pro-rated refund based on the investigation of the issue.
In cases where a client is not fully satisfied but partial work has been completed and delivered, we may offer a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of the project that has been completed. This refund will be calculated after deducting the cost of the work already completed and any expenses incurred by the Company, such as personnel, third-party services, or software licenses.
Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
In rare cases where the project does not meet the agreed specifications or performance requirements, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, the Company may, at its sole discretion, consider a full refund or provide other remedial solutions.
