At BS Teknology Private Limited, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services provided, we are open to resolving the issue, including refunding payments, provided there are genuine reasons backed by investigation.

Cancellation Policy


Service Cancellation Requests

Clients wishing to cancel ongoing services must submit a cancellation request via the Contact Us link on our website or directly through support@bsteknology.com

Cancellations must be requested at least 21 business days prior to the end of the current service period. Requests received later will be treated as cancellations for the next service period.

Service Period and Ongoing Projects

For projects with specific milestones or timelines, cancellations requested after substantial work has commenced may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the level of completion of the project. The Company reserves the right to assess the progress and determine the cancellation fee accordingly.



Refund Policy


Customer Satisfaction

We take every effort to provide suitable designs, development, and services for our clients. If you are dissatisfied with the service and have a genuine reason, we may offer a pro-rated refund based on the investigation of the issue.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund Period: Refund requests must be raised within three (3) days of the initial purchase or project agreement. After this period, no refund requests will be entertained for the services already rendered.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the issue raised by the client is determined to be valid and within the scope of the original agreement or service terms.
  • Refunds will not be provided for changes in the scope of the project, delays caused by the Client, or dissatisfaction arising from factors outside the Company’s control (e.g., third-party integrations, hosting issues, etc.).

Pro-rated Refunds

In cases where a client is not fully satisfied but partial work has been completed and delivered, we may offer a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of the project that has been completed. This refund will be calculated after deducting the cost of the work already completed and any expenses incurred by the Company, such as personnel, third-party services, or software licenses.

Refund Process

  • Credit Card Payments: If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Payment Gateway Payments: In case of payments made through a payment gateway, refunds will be processed back to the same account linked to the payment gateway.

Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom Development Services: No refunds will be issued for custom development services that have been fully/partially developed/delivered as per the specifications and scope outlined in the contract.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client (e.g., hosting, domain registration, licensing) will be non-refundable.
  • Training and Support Services: Fees for training, support, or consulting services rendered are non-refundable.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

In rare cases where the project does not meet the agreed specifications or performance requirements, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, the Company may, at its sole discretion, consider a full refund or provide other remedial solutions.
